Potty Training That Works
The systematic approach to housetraining — schedule, supervision, and how to handle accidents.
“Potty training isn't about the puppy learning. It's about you learning to take them out before they need to go. Spoiler: that's every 2 hours.”

Schedule: out immediately upon waking, after eating/drinking, after play, before crating, and every 2 hours during the day. Puppies can hold it roughly their age in months + 1 (a 3-month-old = 4 hours max).
Accidents: DO NOT punish. If you catch them in the act, interrupt with 'outside!' and take them out. If you find an old accident, clean with enzymatic cleaner and move on. Punishing past accidents creates fear of you, not understanding.
